Date of shipment

Shipments in Italy and abroad are made via GLS. As required by the laws that regulate trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped by PROFUMO DI MODA from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Orders for items that are already available are shipped on the first working day following the one in which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order.
In all cases PROFUMO DI MODA reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with PROFUMO DI MODA and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that it be returned to the sender, any shipping costs charged to PROFUMO DI MODA will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

PROFUMO DI MODA shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
